Graphic Designer, Partnerships

This position is responsible for the creation of business presentations, partner activations and management of visual image library. This position will work alongside the FC Dallas marketing team to ensure graphic standards and brand guidelines are upheld. Each candidate must provide a design portfolio for review. Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.  

• Design partnership presentation needs including deck and recap building, mockups, editing, and additional creative needs as assigned.
• Work with key members of marketing team to ensure FC Dallas brand standards are represented properly with approved imagery and messaging.
• Assist with department process management/job queue by sustaining a timely progression on projects.
• Superior interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external decision makers and influencers.
• Process creative requests for departmental needs using brand standards and creativity to produce client facing quality content.
• Ability to work/communicate with outside vendors as needed. 
• Serve as a liaison effectively with clients and other team members.
• Ability to receive and provide constructive feedback on all internal/external design projects.
• Remain up-to-date on sports marketing industry developments to provide insight and recommendations during brainstorms. 
• Ability to work all home matches, as well as other events as needed, for the purpose of capturing photography for department needs.
• All other duties as assigned.

Skills & Experience

• 2-4 years professional design experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task with great problem solving skills
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and knowledge of the print production process
• Ability to work nights and weekends
• Self-starter with the ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple projects
• Proficient digital literacy in Microsoft Office
• Understanding of the visual elements (layout, type and fonts)
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a strong attention to detail
• Sense of urgency paired with excellent customer service skills and judgement
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain confidential information
