JOB SUMMARY
The Manager of Membership Sales position is a role which will oversee a memberships/inside sales staff of 10-15 membership sales representatives.  It will be a selling role by example, and will include responsibilities of training, campaign management, creating sales contests, interviewing candidates, and on-boarding.   Please make note of the minimum requirements listed below.

RESPONSIBILITIES

•Manage the Membership Sales staff on a daily basis, including a daily sales gathering or kickoff meeting

•Provide training both on a general sales level, as well as within the FC Dallas Campaign Messaging structure

•Design and implement sales contests which reward achievement of goals and desired outcomes

•Measure and track activity, and productivity of activity, through Salesforce 

•Work directly with the VP of Ticket Sales and the Director of Membership Services to design packages and sales opportunities for the Membership Sales team

•Be an integral part of helping communicate and implement the 25th Anniversary Season with our Season Members and all fans

•Be an expert of both the AXS Ticketing Platform and Salesforce CRM Platform

•Constantly be reviewing resumes and recruiting interview candidates to fill open and needed positions

•Constantly be developing new strategies and approaches to keep staff morale high and find sales success

•Create sales events and opportunities for the Membership Sales team to host prospects at Toyota Stadium

•Manage any expense related items with the VP of Ticket Sales

Skills & Experience

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

· A minimum of two years of Sales Management Experience – includes a willingness to hold accountable those in the position stewardship  

· Ability to work with people to find creative solutions

· Ability to coach and teach sales processes

· A willingness to manage sales metrics of success in a detailed way

· Professional demeanor in dress, appearance, interaction, and task management

· Ability to be personally accountable to planning and executing a plan

· Nights and Weekends – long hours 

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

· AXS Ticketing Platform experience/understanding

· Salesforce experience

· Strong sales knowledge and personal sales success

· Sports sales experience
 

BASIC EDUCATION

· Bachelor’s Degree preferred
