Job Summary

FC Dallas is looking for a qualified Analyst, with CRM specialization, to join our Business Intelligence division. This position will be assist in the day-to-day utilization and overall optimization of the teams emerging CRM efforts. This individual will work closely with sales, service , sponsorships and marketing to drive adoption and identify insights in order to drive organization wide revenue growth. This position will also be responsible for assisting in all enterprise research opportunities and responsible for daily data integrity, standardization, reporting and analytic efforts.

CRM Administration:

  1. Assist in the implementation of the organizations CRM strategy, including onboarding, training, processes, updates to existing data, and coordination
  2. Responsible for day-to-day Sales and Service Salesforce.com administration including data entry, cleansing, and user support for new and existing users
  3. Coordinate with BI and Sales teams regarding campaign management to drive season, group, individual and suite sales
  4. Build, create and maintain custom reports to track sales, renewals, pipelines and other KPIs
  5. Assist with the growth and implementation of FC Dallas’s database warehouse vendors and consultants to help integrate new data sources into core architecture as needed
  6. Collaborate with other departments to support their CRM needs and improve cross-department efficiencies

Data Analysis:

  1. Assist in growing fan database and determine critical data elements to better understand fan needs and personalize our engagement 
  2. Integrate with internal and external data systems to create in-depth customer records and send targeted communications. This role will be the primary point of contact for all email marketing done within the organization and will work cross departmentally to improve processes and procedures. 
  3. Assist in driving all marketing analytics and reporting to drive overall consumer lifetime value through analytical tools such as Facebook Ad Manager and Google Analytics
  4. Follow industry best practices and cutting-edge techniques, emerging technologies and fresh ways for the fans to better interact with the game and team through data segmentation
  5. Understand and interpret data from CRM data, Ticket Sales, Attendance and Marketing data in order to build high quality leads lists and marketing campaigns.

Skills & Experience

Required Education And Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business administration, marketing, statistics or finance (Master’s Degree preferred) 
  • 1-2 years of experience in administration of Salesforce.com
  • High Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work nights, weekends and events as needed

Preferred Education And Experience

  • Experience with Tableau
  • 1+ years of SQL experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in Database Marketing, Direct Marketing and Data Insights
  • 1-2 years of experience in email, web, automation and other marketing technologies
